The ability to pay your tax bill(s) online is now available through UniBank - UniPay Gold. There are two

payment options: electronic check or credit card. There is a $0.25 processing fee payable to UniBank
assessed for electronic check payments. There is a fee charged by the credit card companies for credit
card payments. The fee schedule can be accessed on the UniPay Gold main page. Any charges/fees are
paid by the taxpayer.

To pay your bill(s) online you will need your bill(s) in hand, then go to www.granby-ma.gov (home page
or Town Collector’s page) and click the link: Online Tax Payments, then follow the instructions on the
UniPay site. The ability to pay online is 30 days from date of issue through the due date. The bill(s)
will not be available for payment online after the due date. By law any unpaid bills accrue interest from
the day after the due date until date of payment.

Overdue motor vehicle excise tax bills in collections at Jeffery & Jeffery, the Town’s Deputy Collector,
can also be paid online by debit or credit card. You will need to know the year(s) and bill number(s) to
access your bill(s), then follow the instructions at www.jefferyandjeffery.com to pay your bill(s) online.
