The Granby Council on Aging offers transportation services to Granby seniors Monday
through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. We can transport clients out of town for
appointments which greatly increases medical, shopping, and other opportunities to Town
residents that they otherwise would not have. We also transport seniors to lunch at the Center
daily. The Center has two vehicles and staffs multiple drivers. Please contact us for a ride at
least 5 days ahead of your desired ride day.

The fees for trips will be calculated by the Center’s transportation scheduler depending on how
far they are from the client’s pickup spot and communicated to the client before their trip.

One Way Trip in Town: $.50 ($1.00 roundtrip)

One Way Trips Out of Town:
Within 3 miles: $1.00 ($2.00 roundtrip)
3-5 miles: $2.00 ($4.00 roundtrip)
5-7 miles: $3.00 ($6.00 roundtrip)
7-9 miles: $4.00 ($8.00 roundtrip)
9-12 miles: $5.00 ($10.00 roundtrip)
